Sales Policy For Living Treasures Farm
We reserve the right to retain any kids/goats.
To reserve an adult goat or kid a 25% deposit is required.
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE -The only exceptions are if the
goat(s) purchased becomes injured, ill or dies before the purchaser takes possesion of it, or if we choose to retain the goat (s).
All adult goats will be current on there vaccination for CD&T, All kids will have received at least 1 CD&T, addtional booster shots may be required in a few weeks from purchase. All goats are disbudded (no horns). Kids sold as wethers will be neutered.
All goats must be paid for in full before they leave our property.
Adult goats, and kids over 12 weeks old, must be picked up within 2 weeks of receiving a deposit unless other arrangements have been made.
Kids under 12 weeks will be released to the purchaser when we feel they are ready to leave. We request that you make every effort to pick them up within 2 weeks of this.
Any goats held for more than 30 days will be charged a boarding fee. Please contact us about our boarding rates.
If at any time you decide you no longer want to keep any goats purchased from us, we request that you give us the option of returning them here, before selling or giving them to anyone else.
